Sales reports
Every sale of a period, row by row, downloaded as an Excel file.
An order, invoicing and packing-list system for a Finnish farm and wholesaler.
Their office takes orders and invoices customers with it, and their packing room packs each day's deliveries from its lists. In nine years of daily use, €17 million has been invoiced through it.
Siikli is a simple system, almost embarrassingly so. It does orders, packing lists, invoices and sales reports, and not much more.
I wanted to shut it down and recommended they switch to a real ERP. The customer wanted to keep Siikli, and told me why:
”Siikli on huomattavasti parempi meillä tuolla pakkaamolla kun saa yksinkertaiset listat/raportit.”
The app is in Finnish. The data on this page is demo data.
One order per customer and delivery date. Prices come from the product list and can be changed per order. The number of packages is calculated from the amounts.
What the warehouse packs for a delivery date, by product or by customer, ready to print. A waybill goes with every delivery.
A customer's deliveries for any period as one invoice, with VAT, customer-specific compensations and an appendix listing every delivery.
Prices with and without VAT, package sizes and types, customer groups with products of their own, and the order of everything on the lists.
Every sale of a period, row by row, downloaded as an Excel file.
The office sees everything. The warehouse sees only the packing lists, without prices.
